The delivery of the products purchased in tienda.i4life.es is done through a delivery company.

Delivery times will generally be a maximum of 4 working days. These deadlines may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order, the availability of the chosen product or the shipping area. Also, in exceptional circumstances this period could be altered by extraordinary incidents of the carrier or by difficulties in the delivery of the goods. In these cases, the delivery time can be up to 7 working days.

To avoid incidents in the delivery (erroneous addresses, inability to find someone at home etc) it is essential to fill form correctly and it is mandatory to fill contact numbers

The responsabillity of I4LIFE is limited in cases of overhelming force (strikes, adverses weather events that prevent normal traffic by lands, sea or air, ...). In these cases, orders will be delivered as soon as possible, and the deadlines indicated above will not apply.

Delivery times depends on the time of order management and shipping, and may vary depending on the distribution network provid by the trasnport agencies in each region. At the time of delivery the customer must not make any paymet.

Returns

1. Returns for manufacturing defects

Any I4LIFE product that presents a manufacturing defect may be returned within thirty (30) days of reception. Once this period has been exceeded, any damages will be assumed by the user.

The product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, where appropriate, documentation and all the original accessory elements that came with it. In case the user does not proceed in this way, I4LIFE reserves the right to refuse the return.

To formalize the return, the user must contact I4LIFE through the email info@i4life.es, indicating the product to be returned, attaching a photograph and a detailed list of the defects appreciated. Within seven (7) calendar days I4LIFE will respond about the return.

The delivery of the product of identical characteristics or the refund of the amount will be made within a maximum period of seven (7) days from the date on which I4LIFE has known the user's preference and will not imply, in any case, additional expenses for the user. Therefore, if the user terminates the contract, I4LIFE will carry out the return of the total amount paid in the purchase of the defective product (including shipping costs that correspond to the returned product).

2. Withdrawal

If the user only wishes to return one or some of the products that were part of the order, I4LIFE will proportionally return the shipping costs paid.

In the case of promotions applicable to the purchase of independent items that include an additional product, but not limited to, promotions 2x1, 3x2 or any other that involves the delivery of an extra product for free or reduced price , if the user decides to apply his right of withdrawal on his purchase, said right will have effects on the set of products provided as part of the promotion.

3. Product change policy

I4LIFE does not support the exchange between a product purchased by the user for another product that is on promotion on the Website. In the event that the user wishes to change a product, they must exercise their right of withdrawal on it and subsequently purchase the new product they want.
